Hi Excossac. How long since the replacement? It can take a couple of hundred miles to bed the pads and disks in. Does the pedal feel spongey like pressing the plunger of a syringe with your finger over the end or just a little vague?
There are plenty of websites out there on the best way to bed in new brakes, many of which are just regurgitating old information, however what is consistent is it takes time to bed in new disks and to do it gently over hundreds of miles. Do not be tempted to over brake though as you can easily warp the new disks with the frictional heat created by the pads. This is a pretty good site https://ebcbrakes.com/articles/bedding-in/ I will be doing my disks and pads this weekend... |

Replaced on Monday. A bit like a plunger but a bit travel before you feel a bite. 1999 Defender TD5 110
