They're the bolts. I think i did them on my Puma, i don't remember them being difficult to get at mind you.
Without looking i can't remember how i did it. Either i just put a spanner up from underneath or undid the screws at the end of the dash and pulled it away from the bulkhead a bit - don't be shy with it, it's quite flexible. |

^ Did it last night
There is a little torx screw a bit higher up on the plastic which I loosened off to make bending the plastic back easier to fit a screw driver socket in. Both sides very lose ![]() Easy fix ![]() ![]() |

I think i put some thread lock on mine as they always work loose again over time.

Thing is I have put up with them not opening and 'clicking' open for 18 months....
