Talent comes at a price... usually paid by the parents Sad

Hang in there Thumbs Up Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing...

15 year old son driving me mental. I don't want him to miss the opportunities he is getting from sponsors. AHHHHHHHHHH if only I could wind his clock forward twenty years he would realise why we want to guide him Big Cry

i'm no expert, only 4 children.......i'd think about him starting to take small decisions and ownership of his situation so that he can start to appreciate what an opportunity he has and also see what happens if you are not there for him one day when he needs that all important lift! warn him first and tell him to plan his activities in advance.

teenagers are such a mixture nowadays, they have so much but are still very dependent on us!

A work colleague and father of 4 used to say to me "You can always tell a teenager - but you can't tell them much".

I'm not so old that I can't remember myself and if I had the knowledge and confidence I have now back then, I'd have been 46 Laughing

SEO's Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

We get emails from SEO's more or less on a daily basis

(SEO = Search Engine Optimasiation)

They offer to increase the number of hits etc on our website. Guess they are after money in one guise or another

HOWEVER the website they are referring to is NOT ours.

So much for them being good at SEO. These SEO are a waste of broadband space!

Current Pet Hates:

Suppliers who don't email delivery details (until after a failed delivery you contact them to ask what's going on)

Couriers who assure that your gear is on the van for delivery (when it's still sitting in the depot)
... and you end up driving to collect it yourself

Drivers on narrow back lanes who try to squeeze between me (running down the right hand side of the road) and cyclists, thus coming within inches of giving me a shattered elbow. How about waiting, ooh, 2 seconds until we're no longer level then weaving through? Clearly that's too much of an inconvenience Rolling Eyes

Seems that way. And cyclists that think they don't have to stop on a round about give way line. Still if he wants to be a Defender bonnet ornament fine by me but he'll regret it! ⭐️⭐️God Bless the USA 🇬🇧🇺🇸 ⭐️⭐️
