elderly drivers turning right who feel its perfectly OK to cut the corner. On my way to work in Athlone I turn left from a little country road onto a main road and twice in the last week alone I have almost had a head on collision with two old boys who just take the easy way and cut the corner.
If you can't effing drive hand in your licence and go into a home you stupid old gits ! |

Your doing 50 in a 50 limit. A car is up your arse trying to get past, they cane it past at the first dangerous chance they get (long straight clear roads aren't good enough, there has to be a corner ahead and cars coming towards them), then cut in right infront of you nearly taking the front end of my car with them, then slow down and end up doing 40-45!
WHY?! |

It's not allways the old duffers Most days I'll come across the sight of a car trying to fold itself round my bumper plus the look they give you when they are trying to get back on the right side of the road. Another big bug bear is that living in a village all the "roads" in and out are not allways wide enough for two cars to pass without slowing right down. One road I use a lot is on a hill with high hedges right up to the tarmac and a few bends, why is it that numpties can't stay on their side of the road when going round a right hand bend? Don't get me started on the ethics of who reverses on a hill to pass or reverse round that blind left hand bend |
