(The music is) Not "Politically Correct" not overly derivative but original so, obviously, it does not suit you Zed.

Perhaps not politically correct but grammatically and technically correct.

Decorating. I hate decorating.
I have been forced into decorating the spare bedroom. The bed is now in the hall. Our bedroom has most of the stuff from the spare room in it. The dog is anxious. There is a layer of dust over everything. I believe decorators are worthy of every penny they charge. Next time I will be calling someone who 1) wants to do the decorating and 2) is good a decorating even if it costs me dearly. I on the other hand have neither of these qualities and can think of much better things to do with a bank holiday weekend. A bank holiday I will never get back. And I don’t get another one until Chr........ no, mustn’t use the C word yet. |

Rashers, join the club, decorating always makes me want to use the c word! I gave up on it years ago on the basis I hated it with a passion, resented every minute spent doing it and generally did a poor job. Decorators are worth their weight in emsulsion....

Thanks, Huttopia
We have one coat on the ceiling, several splodges on the floor, a Black Labrador doing stars in their eyes and 'Tonight Matthew, I'm going to be a Zebra'. I'm dreading the gloss. My parents got a Decorator in to do their hall, he has a four month waiting list. Not sure I am alone in not wanting to mess with the painting? |

When the inside of my house needs decorating, I move house.
It keeps things simple and me sane...... However talking of a Bank Holiday you'll never get back, I spent mine filling and priming 5 steel wheel rims to get the pits out of them. There's an awful lot more surfaces to a wheel rim than you realise. You spray on the filler-primer in 30 seconds and spend 3 hours rubbing it off. And then you do it again. And again.... |

Greeni, Ramsay, Shropeshire, Ian S1, all good selections ta.
For those of you concerned that there isn't any good modern music, and like your rock, try the following. It is just my opinion, but they are all excellent: Dorothy (their first album in entirety is a stand out): Black Stone Cherry: Godsmack: Oh the Larceny: Rival Sons: For those who like Sabbath you HAVE to listen to Kadavar. You'd never guess they were formed in 2010 and not 1970 and are in fact German!! And for fans of Bluegrass: Listen loud and enjoy.... Monsieur Le Grenadier I've not been everywhere, but it's on my list..... 2011 Puma 110DC - Corris Grey |
