I agree that there is animal cruelty in all walks of life, even if the video link is a "one off" then it should open everyones eyes to the fact that any cruelty cannot be affected by excuses of religion or racism. This country has spent many years putting into place safeguards and incoming cultures should and must comply with our laws and rules.

JWL said, "I have been involved with hunting with hounds pretty much all my life due mainly from my father being passionate about hunting"..........

Even Halal meat must not have been hunted (coz it's cruel),in fact, the Koran specifically states,"animals must not be killed for jollies",direct quote btw Whistle .Animal cruelty by any excuse you say? Pov.spec,ftw. 2006, 110,TD5.

I see that you have your views on the Anti-Hunting debate but I am not bringing that up in this post, it was done a few weeks ago and has nothing to do with the subject here.
Mother Nature herself is one of the worst purveyors of cruelty and is closely followed by Man, if you think that what is on that video is acceptable then you should look to your own morals instead of finding ways to draw similarities to a sport that has been made illegal and as such has been stopped.

I may not be old, well, old to some and young to others

I hate open plan! It's okay if you live on your own and have a super quiet dishwasher or washing machine....

I got rid of the painted doors in our home as I hated painting them, replaced with oak effect one's. Don't make old people mad.
We don't like being old in the first place,
so it doesn't take much to Censored us off.

Adults on skateboards

Why?
You've grown up, now behave like it!

Never could skateboard, perhaps it's just jealously? One Life...Living it.

Not really grumpy. We bought a crashingly dull looking A4 estate a couple of months ago and I looked at the handbook yesterday. It has launch control. What is the point of that on a family estate? Obviously I had to test it and yes it's great fun (turn off DSC, left foot on brake, floor the accelerator, wait a bit, lift off the brake and then change your pants), but struggling to find a real world use!

It sort of makes up for not having a radio or aircon onnthe Heritage. Sort of.

I use a skateboard at VW shows and I still ride my BMX, I'm in my mid 40's...

In case you didn't know, 'growing up' (whatever that means) I hear is grossly overrated. Thumbs Up

My turn to add to this thread....

Bald guys in 'convertibles/cabrios' (real sports cars not included...Morgan, TR6, etc)
And women in cabrios, who are squinting because of the sun.

In some ways I almost feel like saying be grateful that it is the car driver opening his window to dump the rubbishy. At least the car window limits the size of the rubbish which can be dumped. The mega scumbags use a tipping flatbed lorry. One of our local green lanes is often blocked by heaps of rubbish making it impassable.

It would be interesting to know how much councils get from commercial tipping at their sites compared to the cost of clearing up the commercial fly tipping.

Brendan

Pretty sure car drivers/road users cause the most mess

Britain currently has some of the most rubbish-strewn roads in Europe, which councils in England alone spend more than £860 million a year to clear up...

Fly tip[ping on the other hand cost....
The estimated cost of clearance of fly-tipping to local authorities in England in
2014/15 was nearly £50 million, an 11 per cent increase on 2013/14
