Sadly although I am in that age group and do NOT act like an idiot on the road people like me pay the price for these types.

I'm actually in a good mood tonight Mr. Green Steve.
Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades.
Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW.

[Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc]

You an old(ish) f@rt Steve??

Well you may be, I am still practising! I am a 18 year old f@rt with 40 + years experience Razz

Young Steve, why are insurance so steep for young drivers? Statistically young male drivers have a 50/50 chance of an accident in their first year of driving.

Local 18 year old took all of 6 weeks before badly smashing cars up.

Try driving around certain areas of West Yorkshire. Let's just say I am glad I drive Defenders!

Sorry I disagree with you Laurie!

You are a 21 year old fart with 50 odd years of practise so you do not qualify as an ancient fart yet!

Brendan

PS We will just have to be careful as people might try to find out who is the most boring old fart on here! Razz

Brendan - Indeed that is the trouble, trouble is statistics make individuals suffer.

What do you call it when the feelings and age start to match? Is that just being old?

It was quite foggy round our way yesterday morning. I was on my way up the A12 to my parents to fix their central heating system. I was shocked to see a police car come out of the fog towards me with no lights on at all when the visibility was down to around 50 yards. Suffolk Constabulary Ford Focus AV56 ECZ you should be setting an example Shocked

Pillocks who cut lanes on big roundabouts and curved slip roads. Nearly took out an M5 the other day as it just cut inches in front of me in the dark in pouring rain. PILLOCK.

I see it a lot around the M25 junctions and it really p!$$es me off. Twisted Evil BM52
