I am not sure that yours is in the danger range, but probably not as if it didn't fall out till now it probably won't fall out anymore unless off-course you hardly use it.

I had a 2003 Td5 and the oil pump bolt came loose at around 90,000 miles.
Luckily the local indy spotted it before it caused serious damage! |
