I don't know if glass like that was ever produced in a standard size that you could buy off the shelf. However, many years ago I fitted similar windows to a Series III and I had the glass cut by a company that built coaches, so it may be worth seeing if there's a commercial vehicle body shop near to you. Go to your local glass merchant and they will cut you a piece of laminated glass to fit.

Or do it yourself with perspex and a jigsaw, depending how pretty you want it to be.
