Extra connectors in front wings
I had occasion to remove the headlights from the Defender over the weekend and found that in each wing there is a 'spare' connector that is identical to the ones used for the side light and indicator light. Anyone know what they are for and where the 'other end' of the wires they terminate can be found?

Thanks

Thanks for the quick reply, but I should have made it clearer: there are two spare connectors in each wing - the headlamp adjuster motor connector is one and then there is an additional one that is the same as the side/indicator light connector.

The adjuster motor connector is a different shape to the light connectors.

I think I have just found the answer - in the LH wing it is the connection for the rear screen washer pump. Mine being a DC, it has no rear washer pump hence a spare connector. Confusingly it is the same connector type as the lights, YPC10070.

I think I must have imagined the one in the other (RH) wing - probably got confused with the light connectors which were by then hanging free.

Thanks anyway everyone!
