Well the sunvisors are done. I can't say it was easy! Trimming is certainly an art!

Anyway here are the results. It's my first time using a sewing machine so they might not be perfect but they'll do for the time being

Today, I got the pillars and door shuts painted. I went for gloss black in the end. Hopefully it'll look smart when finished

We will have to wait to see if the black is ok with the green when put back together

Range Rover update!

I've been recovering the headlining today, also trimming the pillars for something a little different. It's horrible weather so I probably won't get it fitted today but it's ready

It's not the best picture. I'll get some better ones when it's installed

I think the gloss black will be OK. I'm going to reveal it all in one go but it does look very different!

Got a bigger update on the Range Rover today.

Headlining and interior pretty much complete now. Although the new material shows up the poor condition of the interior lights lenses (new ones coming Monday)

The footwell lights look smart I think. And also show off the newly deep cleaned carpets

As the weather outside is frightful, and the fire is so delightful - I haven't got the Range Rover as far along as I'd hoped today. It's mostly back together but there are still finishing touches (including the door tops) to do

Anyway, here it is as it stands today

Not really a range rover man myself but I do have a bit of a soft spot for a nice classic, yours is superb and lovely colour, great work and glad you are keeping it original looking
