Hi Zagato. No easy way. The unit is a one part item.
Bad news: Dash off... Good news: Whilst there you might as well fit a second weasher jet and have 4x jets |

There is a kit to replace just the head as it's a common problem, around £10. However you can just buy another complete head for half that, pull it apart and the push the new head back into the stalk sticking out. It does work, I've done it

I confess I did not even know that kit existed...
I would still be tempted to add a second washer jet. But now you have a few options to go to your client with. |

You don't have to take the dash out on a Puma, you can access the in-the-cab-side of the jet if you remove just the centre panel, followed by the metal bracket that steadies the rear of the radio. Much quicker and easier than displacing the entire dash.

I agree with black wolf, i did the same on mine a few months ago.
I did try as some suggested and try pulling the jet apart to just replace the outide part, but it just snapped off. Ideally you want a 2nd pair of hands to hold the jet while you do the nut up but i managed it with tape on the outside. |

No need to remove dash, just read John Fair's post in below thread.

Thanks folks, thought I remembered it being talked about before. I will let the client take it to the local garage who did it before! I think they must have split it and fixed it back together again.
