While I feel sorry for the Gentleman and his purchase it must have been a no news day for the ‘Huddersfield Examiner’ to print this.
I am sure the inhabitants of Huddersfield were fascinated with this story. Nearly as exciting as the news story ‘man rushed to A&E with paper cut’ as reported by the same newspaper! For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at.. http://www.youtube.com/user/conwy1 |

You've got to love their attitude.
It's a PoS car, it's not fit for purpose because the auto stop/start doesn't work properly, the tail gate rattles and we've worn the brakes out. BTW we're selling the car if anyone wants it, even though it's not fit for purpose, we paid £44k, will take ??? I've seen better sales patter, will have to keep an eye on eBay to see if it's sold as "immaculate car, first to see will buy" http://www.yorkshireoffroadclub.net/ |

They do look like the sort of people who complain about everything though. The council have probably got photos and warnings about them posted across the offices. https://instagram.com/bentheoandrews

I did think the same myself when I saw the picture, they look as though they have lived a long life of complaining about just about everything, and are probably the type which isn't happy unless it's unhappy about something.
I love the story about the paper cut! What a newspaper! |

The sort of people who have the Jeremy Vine show on speed dial....
They probably complained that the paper cut story wasn't really news. https://instagram.com/bentheoandrews |

The words 'chewing a wasp' comes to mind.
I believe local newspaper photographers (if there are any left) are very good at the 'upset' look when getting poses for photos. The same look seen by mothers and children photographed complaining about dog sh*t in the park or people who live in the middle of nowhere moaning about the lack of mobile phone signal (the same ones ten years ago who didn't want mobile phone masts?) |

So all Land Rover dealers and vehicles are perfection personified? I think a browse through some of the past threads here would suggest otherwise.
Reality check required. Steve. Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades. Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW. [Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc] http://forums.lr4x4.com I used to be Miserable ...but now I'm ecstatic. |

Old people complain on behalf of young people who don't have the time.
You should thank us for it! |
