2008 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 HT Coniston Green

Dashboard engine warning light

Hey

Im trying to track down a starting fault and have noticed that on start up/when i turn the key to the on position the engine warning light flickers as in this video :

Is this normal? as im wondering if there is a fault in my instrument cluster for some reason. . .

4 MIL light ECU DTC

28 battery/ charge Alt frailer will be lit when starting or if your charge Alt has failed then engine is running

29 Low oil presser will be lit when starting but go out with engine run

Its the MIL light ECU DTC one that I'm questioning.

If you watch the video when the key is turned it comes on for half a second, then flickers, then stays on constantly untill the engine is running. (Or stays on when she is faulting! As engine dosent start)Is the flicker normal?
