2015 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 SW Corris Grey

DAB and SAT NAV

Hi all, wanting to update/ improve my radio in my Defender, i have seen a DAB radio with a slide out screen which turns into a SAT NAV. I will replace the Areil so it still looks the same, anyone used such a radio? Thanks Mark

Just a thought, Have you checked the DAB coverage in your area?

I was going to go to DAB, but being so near France there was very limited coverage and i'd be listening to FM most of the time!

I did consider those flip out screens, but i've decided to go double din.

What put me off the flip out screens is they end up obscuring the switches on the dash.

I thought if you could find one with a single DIN head unit and a remote screen to fit on top of the dash above the clock it would look neat, i couldn't find one though.
