Just the wading plug hole, nothing to worry about.

I have lost both of mine
They did use to see regular use when I was doing much more regular and deep off road work but in the last year I have not needed them once. Worth getting a pair to keep in your dash in case you need to wade or be in mud that deep. I wouldn't recommend running for long periods with them in as they are useful for letting you know when your seals are leaking and needing replacement. yes they are worth bothering with if you in mud/water alot, especially the timing belt on.
