Just some of the news items perhaps we need to tighten up the sale of fireworks/
In Conwy a barn was set alight destroying sixty tons of Hay A teenage girl was seriously hurt when she was hit in the face with a firework on what Greater Manchester fire crews described as a night of "devastation". At one stage on Bonfire Night, the fire service said half its resources "were deployed at once". Other incidents saw youths throwing fireworks at firefighters in Salford, and cars set alight. Elsewhere in the country, a senior police officer in Essex has said fireworks were fired at officers and at Basildon police station. The Fire & Rescue Service said hundreds of "frightened and concerned" people reported a variety of incidents For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at.. http://www.youtube.com/user/conwy1 |

Perhaps if they are being used as weapons, they should be classed as such.

I'm very lucky that my dog isn't bothered by them at all as they seem to go on for a couple of weeks either side of bonfire night around here. To be honest I don't mind them either Ray
