'WOLF' STORAGE BOXES - WHO SELLS THE BEST?
Hi,12months ago I bought 5 wolf boxes with the High Lids from APB Trading and they were excellent. Good, Strong boxes that even after 12months look pretty much like new.

Unfortunately, no-one makes a waterproof bag that fits three hi-lid version of the box inside for putting on the front of the roof rack. So, I had a good look round and bought 3 from another supplier that I had dealt with for other stuff. They weren't the cheapest and certainly not the dearest, but the quality was absolute c''p. The lids weren't interchangeable, the plastic looked and felt like a cheap copy and they flexed to the stage the lids wouldn't fit.

Im not going to mention who the company was that I bought them from, but it will be the last time I buy anything from them as when I complained I was told that these were the original and that theres nothing wrong with them. I wish I had gone back to APB, but hey-ho....

So, can anyone tell me who makes/supplies the best quality/strongest, etc Wolf Box irrespective of price?

Many thanks

Buy Really Useful Boxes instead? They're better, cheaper and come in a huge variety of sizes.

Have a wide range of peli cases for kit. Not cheap, but if you have patience you can pick up second hand bargains. They also look much better once they're a bit "weathered"!

If you like the idea of pelicases but not the price take a look at Solent plastics. We used to ship all our kit in Peilcases from work but switched over to these as the customers were getting a lot of very expensive foot rests.

I've got a couple and have a couple to Dad. He managed to crush his favourite ball point pen in it without noticing. Never had one leak yet. Ed

Just been looking on the UK Peli Cases website - there seems to be a very wide choice. Which ones do people have, and are they stackable?

I prefer the storm cases, but that's just because I like the latches more. I have several sizes, dependent on what they're used for.

Protector cases stack OK, assuming they're the same size.
Storm cases stack well, assuming they're the same footprint. (ie a 2050 will stack on a 2075)
