Sounds like a short that is possibly chaffing on something hence the intermittent issue.

Yep sounds that way to me, I will check that location thanks
Not my truck but a mates who is dropping it off to me on Sat to have a look but unsure atm to what this fuse feeds hence needing a schematic |
