Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW.

As I don't have DRLs I drive with my headlights on. Looks like I should either carry a spare switch ir add the loom.

The loom is tempting if it does provide more power and therefore brighter lights.

Need to ruminate.

I've made up my own loom with relays to go with the Chrystals and 50% brighter bulbs, I had the same bulbs in the original Quadoptics and now especially with the relays they are miles better. Really worth doing Thumbs Up

Stacey I have led sidelights with Quadoptics but with Osram night breaker bulbs. They produce a good result. I am tempted to get crystals.
Your original picture looks like your headlamp is misaligned. Compare to mine above. The lens looks too twisted from the vertical. You will get poorer performance on the road like that. 1995 Defender 110 CSW
