the chicken coop flooring. I've just added this to my expedition roof rack. fairly light, very easy to fit with zip ties so no damage to the roof rack. No problem walking about on it. No noise when unloaded. and the squares allow web straps to be fitted through so easy to secure kit.

Thanks Stanley and pjembe.
Am I right in thinking that the chicken floor is held down with cable ties? No other fixings? Will I be able to walk on it? Roy 300tdi 90 1996. |

Hi 90Roy
Yes, just loads of heavy duty cable ties and yes its fine to walk on. There is a little bit of flexing but nothing to be concerned about. In fact, my son and I were up on the roof tonight loading up for an expedition Both of us plus kit, no problem! |

Now fitted the chicken coop solution, it took longer than I anticipated due to the unusual layout of my rack but I am very pleased with it. Thanks for the heads up chaps. 300tdi 90 1996.
