Modifications to spare wheel cover
Got an inexpensive spare wheel cover for the bonnet mounted spare on the LR 88. To stop it billowing up by air forced under it while driving I got the "technical department" i.e. the wife to put some vent holes in it.

Turned out really well. 1982 88" 2.25 diesel

OEM ones normally have one of those at the lowest point to let water out too. Thumbs Up If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

Got the engineering dept. to add two more holes making a total of four but it still billows up. So no success. 1982 88" 2.25 diesel

Get a circular board approx 24" in diameter and bond it inside the cover.
