Padded cubby lids
I was lining up to get an FCX padded cubby lid, only they now don't do them!

Is there anyone out there doing 'FCX quality' cubby lids at a reasonable price that you would recommend? There are some on ebay but would rather have the considered opinion from this forum!

Or if anyone has an FCX one to sell pm me! 2002MY Defender 90 H/T

I've got the FCX padded cubby and it is great. Such a shame they stopped doing it. From memory it was about £100 (?) For that sort of money you can get a whole new cubby at OEM Land Rover. No experience personally but understand they are very good quality.

Mine is from LRI Solutions, it matches all of the interior but can be bought separately. Quality is top notch. Thumbs Up

If you want just the lid, Exmoor do a variety of materials. Not sure about quality, perhaps someone else can give their POV? Monsieur Le Grenadier

I got my standard lid padded by a local re-trimmers, took it off, dropped it off, picked it up 2 days later.

£40 job done, approx 2 inch pad

Was also hoping to purchase an FCX lid... but t's too late Big Cry

Does anyone have photos of the padded lid that has the XS trim? I'm wanting to match my XS seats, leather on the outside edges and the woven mesh fabric down the centre.

Biggest issue could be getting the material here locally. Worst case, find someone in the UK that has access to the material and then send them photos and an old lid.

Any help is appreciated. it's a Landrover thing...
