Annoying rattle in door
Just removed door card and foam sheet to try and find the source of annoying rattle from within the door -mostly when closing the door Evil or Very Mad. Turned out to be the rod connecting pull handle to latch vibrating against inner door skin. A self adhesive clip had detached itself from the door which acts as a spacer. My solution - two small rubber grommets placed around latch rod and now no more rattle Very Happy

My drivers door has an annoying rattle......sometimes. Trouble is I forget about it until the next time I drive it which could be a couple of weeks. Oh well........one day.
