The M57 will bolt upto the V8 Auto HP22 just fine. Turn it into a HP22/24 htbrid and it should cope with 250. Not much more though.
Rallyraid loom and you're away. You can also buy a bolt-in conversion for the OM606/605 that again, bolts up to the V8 Auto box or V8 Manual box (2 different kits). Again limited to power though. Then you can either get an original ECU unlocked to run standalone, or go completely mechanical using the pumps from the previous generation. Both available with various element sizes based on power needs. Stock turbo will be good for 230-250hp. |

The 'L' suffix R380 is the strongest.
As to the transfer, there's people running massive power and torque through them over in the US. Pretty much stock too. One of the strongest bit LR made, ha! |

Completely different manegment system engine is the same but you would need to fit transit injectors and get the transit wording and ecu
It is easier to start with a complete 3.2 transit if you can 2015 2.2 tdci hardtop xs 3.2 conversion DONE 238bhp and 707nm torque and thats just the start ;-P hybrid turbo in build -done ready to fit ashcroft atb in transfer box 6 speed auto in build |
