Mole grips on the back, get the screw out, retighten existing rivnut, halfords have cheap riv nut tools that will do. Original Member Pie n Pea Club.

Hold the back of the rivnut with pliers - not too tight or you risk distorting it, unsrew bolt, gently retap with 2nd taper tap, then either reset with tool, or 3 flat washers and a new bolt with grease, hold back of rivnut and reset with spanner.

Yes, don't squeeze the rivnut too tight or it will clamp onto the bolt even tighter. Steve.
