2010 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Aintree Green

AC and speedo problem -limp mode

My 2010 puma has a AC problem. Whenever I turned on the AC, the engine went into limp mode and the speedo dropped to zero. Even if I off the air con, the vehicle remained in limp mode and same to the dead speedo. The situation will be back to normal after I switched off the ignition several times, the speedo become normal and has it reading perfectly. The cycle will repeat if I turned on the AC.

Please help....

By the way, there is no cold wind coming from the AC!!

Check wiring for any possibly damage, or chafing.
