Warning. Read the small print
Just a word of caution, got caught out yesterday when I sold my 90 and informed the insurance company only to be told that as I had had it on cover over 120 days the full amount of the policy was payable. Never had this before, I missed it in the small print. They did offer me 7 days to find a replacement to insure but the 110's already covered with some one else

I'm afraid this is fairly common, it's called short rate cancellation.
Assume you paid in full at the beginning of the policy?
If doesn't usually apply if you pay monthly which to me doesn't seem fair! -2015 Defender 90 XS Landmark-

No it was monthly through a broker but in the insurers terms. Back with the nfu now with the 110 who I had previously been with for years and had no issues

Have you checked to see if your 110 insurance policy has the same clause? If not, you could cancel that policy, get a refund, and transfer the other policy over to the 110..... Thumbs Up
