MY07 WSM:
"If the above fluid is not available, use a low viscosity DOT 4 brake fluid meeting ISO 4925 Class 6 and Land Rover LRES22BF03 requirements." MY07 Maintenance Check Sheet states 24 months / 24k miles as brake fluid change interval. I use "ROSDOT6" (DOT4, ISO4925 CLASS 6, has no LR approval) brake fluid. It costs only 300RUB (approx 3.55GBP) per liter, so I change it every year. |

I've been trawling the otherwise extensive service record on my 07 110. Receipts for everything except for a brake fluid change! The fluid looks dark too, which it would if over 9 years old! Assuming the nipples aren't seized solid (they don't look good) think it might be wise to put new in this afternoon.

I guess the clutch fluid needs doing every two years also?
Any tips for how to bleed through the clutch? Cheers Mark |
