I am happy to be corrected and told that someone has done this, but I don't think the bottom PTO can be fitted to a TDCi due to the lack of clearance for the exhaust. I suppose that it might be possible to create a custom exhaust that fits, but with the standard system there is simply not enough room for the PTO. There should be no particular problem fitting the standard rear PTO.
