EE Broadband and phone
Anyone on here use EE for Broadband and phone?
Just looking at options to move Phone and BB from Sky over to another provider.

Any view on customer services, overall BB performance etc?

Will be looking at Fibre. 1999 Defender TD5 110

Can't speak re EE, but I suggest you look at Plusnet. Excellent customer service and I've been very happy with them. Thumbs Up Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

I wouldn't touch EE again [for phone] with a bargepole. Steve.
Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades.
Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW.

[Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc]

I am with EE both broadband and phone and I am pleased with the service. The customer service is also good and up to now the customer service agents have been English speaking. I had an issue a few months back with no service I phoned customer service and two hours later everything was back to normal. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..

EE/T-Mobile Customer Service have been weird with me.
I spent a total of about an hour on the phone to them last week with an issue. First got through to somewhere abroad with strong accents, and they very quickly transferred me to Scotland each time.

This time last year I signed up for a £7.50/month deal which they've been overcharging me for but I haven't had the time and inclination to deal with it. I complained and said I wanted to leave, they dropped me down to a £5/month grade for the coming year. They confirmed that my address was correct, which it wasn't despite the fact they'd managed to send me some post last year to the correct address.

Got off the phone, got a text saying "we're sorry to hear you don't want to accept our new tariff for you but if we can help you with anything please call". So I rang back and went through the process again, the lady on the phone said words to the effect of "well it all looks like it's gone through, but I'll do it again", got off the phone and I had another text saying "sorry you don't want to accept our new tariff..."

Anyway, a new EE sime arrived in the post, I've put that in the phone and we'll see what happens.

Having a quick look at the costing VS Sky, it looks like its around £15-£20 a month cheaper and possibly 30mb quicker BB. 1999 Defender TD5 110
