Many thanks for this.Will check out the Konies. I have also been recommended Fox shocks, a bit pricey though.

I recently brought 2/52 ago genuine take off defender shocks (got 4 for £50 ) and fitted them last weekend. I have also seen 4 springs genuine for £50 so advice is stick with original and you could but everything for approx. £100.
Genuine standard shocks and springs designed for defenders...no brainer!! |

Many thanks Tommo, certainly I want to stick with standard Land Rover springs, for just those reasons, thought I would check out the shocks story though!

Im running OME +2 springs with their nitrocharger +5.5" shocks on gwyn lewis challenge mounting kit, really good road manners and awesome off road 2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold)
