Just in case you forgot what Cameron said on Jimmy Carrs tax avoidance, which wasn't illegal.... Whistle

Come on how can you defend this guy? You don't have shares in a company in Panama so you can pay taxes! This nonsence about the legitimacy of the company being so you can deal in dollars beggars belief.

Game, set and match I believe. Thumbs Up

"That is wrong. There is nothing wrong with people planning their tax affairs to invest in their pension and plan for their retirement – that sort of tax management is fine. But some of these schemes we have seen are quite frankly morally wrong.

"The government is acting by looking at a general anti-avoidance law but we do need to make progress on this. It is not fair on hardworking people who do the right thing and pay their taxes to see these sorts of scams taking place."

or positive effects if you are an exporter - maybe pressure on the pound has more to do with "Britain’s trade deficit ballooned to 12 billion pounds, its widest in eight years"
