Looking for a soft spare wheel cover
Hello

I am struggling to find a good looking spare wheel cover for my Defender. As I want a good quality one, I was considering the genuine LR covers ... but I'd prefer one without any logo.

I'm looking for something made from soft material (vinyl, canvas ...), black colour, not too shinny - or even matt - which wouldn't look too much crumpled when fitted.

I have seen plenty for less than 25 Euros on eBay but I doubt that I will have something neat for such a low price ...

Would you have any suggestion ?

Thanks in advance !

Fabien

PS. here are two pictures of the kind of stuff I would be happy with :

I picked up one from EBay for £28. Seems good quality & looks exactly like the one in your first picture when fitted.

If you don't mind their logo, get a freebie from your main dealer? It's where I've always got mine from.

I have one on my series 2 and I'm really pleased with it.

Hello Very Happy

I finally received and installed my spare wheel cover. I found the one Mach1 recommanded (the brand is actually Bearmach - ref. BA042BP) from a seller in France.

I'm pretty happy with it, although I was expecting it to fit tighter on the wheel. But, even if it's slightly loose, I think it is mostly due to the shape of the MT/R. No doubt it would fit better on less grooved tyres.

Thanks again for your help !

Cheers,
Fabien
