New owner - 2 questions on 2015 Defender 110 waning lights

Picked up my 2015 Defender this week, all well, still covered by manufacture warranty etc, and serviced only 2 months ago.

Couple of questions related to the warning lights on the dash.

1. There's no warning if the handbrake is on. The red ! lights during ignition, so the bulb is good, but no light when the handbrake is applied - Should it?

2. Should there be any warning lights when switching to low range, and or locking the diff?

2015 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Santorini Black

Yes hand brake warning light (below temp gauge) should illuminate when hand brake is applied. There is no warning light for low range but there is an orange warning light (located in speedo) when diff lock is activated. Defender 90XS SW

Thanks for reply.
So, difflock light is fine, just now handbrake light.
Switch I guess. I need to get an have a close look, unless someone knows easily where the switch is located?
