ECU flashing limit?
Guys,

Is there a limit to the number of times you can flash (write to) the ECU in a 2.2 Defender?

I have the BAS remap tool and can choose between the 'standard' OEM map or the 170 BAS map. I just wondered if the ECU has a limit to how many times you can write to it.

I heard a rumour that it was about 9 times. Is this accurate? Others have said you can write to the ECU as many times as you like.

If I use the BAS remap tool I also heard that this does not add any flash markers?

Just checking...

Why not ask Bas but no you have no issues if lost count how many times my ecu has been mapped using the rrc tool during development
