Hi guys
Fairly new here so hopefully this is in the right section. I recently discovered that the ally intercooler in my Td5 90 had cracked open on one of the welds. Having taken it out and had it repaired, I put it back in this evening and it now appears to have a misfire and flat spot when under acceleration. Does anyone know how this would have caused this? Or is it likely to be something else and its just a coincidence? From what I've been told by the previous owner its had a Td5 Alive remap and I've also found that it has a Td5 Alive boost box fitted, as well as the bigger intercooler. Thanks Will |

Check your turbo waste gate to see if it's siezed.

Turns out the waste gate was seized. There was also a small amount of oil in the plug between the injector harness and the rest of the loom so I've ordered a new harness. Thanks guys!
