United Kingdom 2008 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 DCPU Java Black
VCV replaxemetn
I am looking into a fault with my 2008 2.4 110 and it looks as if the VCV might well be at fault.

I know you need to do a pump learn after its changed but will the vehicle drive after its changed without calibration or does it have to be done at the time. What I am thinking is changing the VCV at home and driving it to the dealers (about 3 miles away) to have the pump learn done.

Anyone know?

Dave

You have to get the engine to a certain temperature to be able to do the pilot learn anyway so driving to the dealers should not be a problem. "Rafiki" 2007 110 STW - Rolling rebuild.
