Injector & glow plug housing de-coke advice?

My pistons were heavily coked up, along with valve ports and everything in that location.

I took some considerable time to remove the injectors and glow plugs because of it.
Most of the work has been done on the head now and soon I'll be reassembling.

I just need to clean out the glow plug and injector channels before refitting. Has anyone got any tips on how to do it effectively please?

I'll make a start with a rag on a screwdriver for now.....

Thanks,
HB Currently rebuilding my stretched 110 (now 122) to personal spec, probably going to be a double cab dropside, but not fully decided yet. So I've started at the front end first!
