Am I right in guessing it's not good news! When I ordered mine it was first due for delivery on the 4th sept, then 28th of sept but was then delivered to the dealer on the 12th august. It was a long hard wait until I could pick it up on the 2nd sept. Russell 2011MY 110 XS USW Black |

no it's much worse than that !
they've just suggested it'll be next year !!! that in its self isn't a problem BUT next year brings 20% VAT AND a price hike AND an expire NAF voucher? so they've suggested they'll have a look for one in stock but it wont have the alarm upgrade (no huge deal can always do something retro) BUT BUT BUT why would there be one hanging around ? someone didn't want it cause of the naff panel fit maybe or something else ? what should I do? wait and pay the extra? should be able to get another NFU voucher assuming they still do them and being VAT registered should be no worries on that fron t? |

Get the dealer to issue the invoice before the end of this year.
That way you won't pay the 20% |

Laurie's right,
Do the deal now and don't make any changes once it's done. Will then get this years vat rate. I've just done the same deal with the suits for my wedding in august. Russell 2011MY 110 XS USW Black |

I'll ask the question but I know when I asked about buying this year and registering it 2011 - that was a no no.?
anyway they may have found a vehicle for me but it won't have the alarm upgrade - not sure what to do now. if its from another garage showroom has it had people in / out scratching it and all the other possible issues that have been mentioned before on hear |

Date of registration has nothing to do with VAT.
Date of invoice does. |
