replacing the nicad in a bbus alarm siren

Has anyone on here changed their battery in a p38 style bbus alarm siren? I'd like to do mine but have no idea if it is do able or if you can get replacement batteries.
Mine could do with replacing 2014 - current ..... 2003 defender td5 90 (my car)
2009 - current .... 2005 zx10r
