110 CSW now without self levelling and Winch bumper, which
Hey peeps, my 110 CSW originally had self levelling but the PO removed it but I don't think they changed the springs. I'm sure I read on here that if you remove the self levelling unit then it's best to fit Td5 progressive rear springs. Is this correct and if so are they skidded or do they fit on both sides ??

Also going to fit a winch, winch bumper, A bar and sump guard thus thinking best to go HD front springs. Been told LR do HD fronts is this correct???

Guessing I can run stock dampers with no issues?

Ideally want to fit LR components where possible for ease.

Cheers

Replace the rear springs and shocks with standard 110 items, rtc4639 shocks, nrc6389 drivers side spring and nrc6904 passenger side spring, or for a good budget kit, try the terrafirma tf199 heavy duty kit, standard vehicle height. The terrafirma kit is as easy to fit as the LR stuff.

I believe 110 front HD springs are the same as 90 standard rears.

Retroanaconda,
Cheers been doing some googling and your right HD90 Rears are the same as HD 110 fronts Smile. So just got to decide should I go for the Britpart ones or go to LR, Im guessing since they are LR spec and colour coded then its proberbly the same factory unlike their +2" springs!!

Does anyone think I will need uprated from Dampers or is stock ok ?? Im not 100% sure.

I just meant that he will be able to provide good advice on spring rates. The ome springs won't break the bank and you can get some springs which are tailored for the weight and usage of the vehicle.
