I had a similar issue but the noise wasn't the same as your vid.
Check on my problem and noise here http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic38392.html For me I changed the injector seals and washers which resolved the problem completely. She started perfect after priming and no noise Mine was air in the system but was more like a wailing cat! 2006 Defender Double Cab- Zambezi Silver |

Sounds like its drawing air or low fuel pressure maybe the fuel pressure regulator or blocked fuel filter.
Check fuel lines for fractures Or pump is on it way out?? O the joys of having a land rover |

I've got one that can be heard from 50 yards away. Works perfectly, just noisy.
Replaced it in the end. No noise now. Anyone want a TD5 Ninety fuel pump cheap? |
