Non bulkhead options for half height barrier?
This is such an ironic post considering the bulkhead removal bar in the CSW was to give more space, but sadly, I need some sort of barrier behind this bar to keep the dogs and shooting paraphernalia in place.

I have a full height dog guard which won't fit my car for some reason, plus it prevent me from leaning into the back to grab things.

So, I am looking to make something and wondered if anyone has done similar, just a simple barrier that attaches to the bar and is the separation between the stuff in the loadspace area and the front.

Preferably it needs to be solid rather than one of those expandable cargo nets which are a bit pointless.

Any ideas or pictures to assist chaps? 2016 D4 HSE

You say you have a full height guard - is it a genuine LR 2 part? if so, can you just use the bottom half?

No you can't as there's no brackets to support it at the mid height 2016 D4 HSE

can get photo tomorrow, but there should be a few on the internet for standard LR barrier. See fitting instructions http://topix.landrover.jlrext.com/topix/co...3Dlr006448

The bracket is on top of the wheel arch boxes.
The biggest issue is the stupid design that leaves two sharp "tabs" sticking up when the top half is removed. Why they didn't put these "tabs" on the removable part I'm not sure. Some pipe lagging or similar might tidy it up.

You see that's my point, yes the dog guard is fixed on top of the wheel boxes but not at the top of the middle section, where those tabs are. It's not stable or secure.

And anyway, the one I have won't even line up with the wheelbox brackets, something isn't right. I had a whole thread about it, no one can seem to fathom why my brackets don't sit where they should, it's all OE equipment! 2016 D4 HSE

Ok, it was just a thought.
Mine seems fine stability wise with the top half removed.
