I wonder how many have "actually" shipped? I've yet to see a single real world review anywhere!

There's lots of potential owners not members of forums though.....

First off I have nowt to do with Exmoor but have purchased items and contacted them.. I have had nothing but great help from them. Was in contact with them last week reference some material to see what the G4 pattern was like a 'Kevin' was in contact with in a very short space of time to talk it over and sent out two swatches of the material for free. So maybe they have changed their customer service department I don't know. It if you have any issues email kevin@exmoortrim.co.uk
Reference the seats they look nice but don't seem 100% practical if you need regular access to the tool / battery tray |

Right then, here goes with my experience ordering a set of e-sports from Exmoor.
I ordered a set of e-sports back in mid July when they were first launched. They were a standard build as listed on the website, only change was to fit the standard defender heated seat connectors. I paid them 1400+ or so there and then. Was away on holiday for a week soon after so was asked to ring when I got back to organise delivery. When I rang back first week in August I was told there was a delay and the seats would be shipped August 20th for delivery 24th. Guess what, they didnt arrive. Chased them up on Aug 25th only to be told there were further delays and they wouldnt be ready for dispatch until September 12th, a full 8 weeks after I ordered them, were they going to tell me this if I hadn't chased them up? Anyway Ive now cancelled the order and had the payment refunded. Before this I'd bought a few cheaper bits and bobs from them but unfortunately my most recent experience is less than good and will prompt me to look elsewhere in future. ![]() |

I realise it's all money which is hard to earn but use your existing seat runners and for only 400 more you could have a set of genuine Cobra's professionally trimmed in leather from LRI. The quality and service is outstanding and they are a forum sponsor too

That service really is pretty inexcusable. Especially as it wasn't an unusual build.. I won't be ordering from them now after hearing that.. Oh and Barney I think you mean Corbeau, not Cobra ![]() |

Give them a call and pretend you want 20,000 units . I reckon their customer care level might improve somewhat .
Or tell them your ordering bits for vehicles in the next James Bond movie . |
