I think your right on going for 18"s because otherwise you'll have rubber band tyre's on 20"s and also a bigger risk of kerbing them.. Black is also the best choice. No Guts, No Glory.

Daz110 on here has a nice set of black 18's (iirc) with bfg ats on. Very smart look. Arches filled nicely and not too 'in yer face'. Worked well off road as well
I think there is a pic on the Wales trip thread somewhere, if not I'm sure he will be pleased to post one up. Dj 1989 200tdi 90 csw 2011 110 usw Orkney grey Buy British 🇬🇧 Defender Clothing Designs available at http://www.rangesports.com/acatalog/Defender-Stuff.html |

I was running 20's on my 90 and they were perfect, when i fitted them too dads 110 he hated them and i got to admit the drive was horrid. Im currently running 18 sport rims now. 20's are ok with the right tyre size CSK Automotive

Yes I do like the Twisted (Silverline) wheels but was fancying something different.
I quite like the 18 inch Boost replicas in black but I am unsure whether the load weighting is enough at 1050kg?? http://www.4x4tyres.co.uk/defender-15inch-...-2999.html Chris out of interest what tyres were on your 20's? They did look very smart Hopefully black is easier to keep clean compared to your white ones! I'd still be interested to see if any one has seen any of the alloys above in 18 and not 20 inch though?? I might see if Gary (Alive) has sold many sets of 18s compared to 20's. Cheers All Sam |

gloss black wheels are the worst to keep clean, belive it or not i prefer cleaning the white ones as you can see what bits you miss CSK Automotive www.cskautomotive.co.uk Like us on Facebook - www.facebook.com/csklr Follow us on Instagram - @cskautomotive |

Those remind me of the Comstar wheels I used to have on my Honda motorbikes in the 80s. Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Ta ta Defender
