Hi munch, tried that, checked all the fuses with a multimeter, and the relays, main, starting ect... Plus changed the ignition switch, but still no hope....

Did you check all the fuses in both fuse boxes and the large fuse in the drivers seat box?
Has any work been done on the vehicle recently? The (non) starting issue has the symptoms of an immobiliser fault. Check the plug in the rear of the instrument panel, IIRC the immobiliser/alarm connects to the engine ECU (EMS) via this and the EMS controls whether the starter operates. A problem with this connector or (hopefully not) with the instrument pack could cause the problems you are having. You say ODBII shows no faults, what code reader are you using, most generic ones only connect to the EMS. You need to check the instrument pack and alarm unit for fault codes as well. |
