In January 2013 I used Kinghorn at Blackburn £383. In March 2015 I got Macrae and Dick to do it at the time of delivery and I think it was £275+vat.
No problems with either place, but the (slightly) annoying thing is that the kit comes with colourless glass, even though all recent defenders have green tint. I reckon I could have done a DIY job, but as the defender is through my business, I didn't bother. DLS sell the kit on ebay for about £65, the trim is easy enough to remove inside and I suppose it's then just a case of cutting the holes and putting it all back. I feel it is a bit easier to see to reverse and the extra light is useful when looking for stuff in the back; the new 110 is quite dark with the black headlining. I'm fairly certain that the quarter windows won't affect the "van" status for my particular business use.
