Take your truck to any decent body shop and they should be able to test and give you the RAL code perhaps? If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!
Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

That's the route I think I would take to make sure I got an exact match. If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

We use RAl colours a lot in the furniture industry to ensure matches of finish between manufacturers, had a look at the RAL charts and there are a handful of whites to choose from, however as Fuji white is mixed to Land Rover's specification rather than to a RAL standard it will be almost impossible to find an exact match, as K9F says the best thing is to have paint mixed to match the code on the vin plate 👍👍

Fuji White has Land Rover colour code 867 which paint shops should be able to match up.

Google works fine:
https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=RAL+code...gws_rd=ssl Fifth result down gives you a code of 867. |

RAL is a colour matching system used in Europe. In colloquial speech RAL refers to the RAL Classic system, mainly used for varnish and powder coating but nowadays there are reference panels for plastics as well. Vehicle manufactures very rarely use RAL colours and usually creat their own which are given a unique reference.
See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RAL_colour_standard for further info on the RAL colour standard. T he UK has a seperate standard BS 381C, BS4800 and BS5252 - see http://www.e-paint.co.uk/BS381%20Colourchart.asp Then there is the NCS system ...... (Dulux mixed paint is based on this) This site - http://coachpainting.info/index.html - is great as it gives most Land Rover used the first column being the paint ref - body shops work to this or the last column is the LR code (used when ordering a touch up kit fro a dealer etc) Mine being a 50th is Atlantis Blue ........ Code Name Year Land Rover Code JYW Atlantis Blue Mic 2ct 98-98 LRC.632 Hope this helps! Cheers Simon ------------------------- 50th D90 - my toy!
