Similar problem but maybe a different cause?
I took the big hose off that goes into the turbo (the one that has the breather pipe coming off it) and found slight traces of oil there and also on the inlet side of the turbo. Not a lot of oil, more of a smear than anything - oil is also very black even though an oil and filter change has just been done.
Engine has done 16,500 miles.
Is this anything to worry about and what - if anything could be causing it?

sounds about right as long its not dripping in oil in the hoses or blue smoking
youre always get a bit of oil though the breather
